we developed the AI TalkTranslate app (the "AI TalkTranslate") as a commercial application. This SERVICE is provided by Yinuo Runhong LLC and is intended for use as is.

Images and Documents: When you use the OCR feature, you may provide images or documents from your device's storage or camera. These are processed to extract text and are not stored by us after processing.

Voice and Audio Data: When you use the voice translation feature, your speech is captured and converted to text for translation. This audio data is processed in real-time and is not stored on our servers.

This information is retained on your device and is not collected by us in a personally identifiable manner. We do not share this information with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service (e.g., transmitting data to a translation API).

2. Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our App, in a case of an error, we may collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics. This data is used solely for diagnosing errors and improving the App's performance.
